GUIDELINES 

Booking conditions:

A non-refundable deposit amount will be advised by reception and must be received to secure the booking.

Peak period - Full payment  may be requested 28 days prior to your booking and will be non- refundable.

Off peak period full payment may be required 14 days prior to your booking and will be non-refundable.

Nightly rates based on 1-2 people per night.

Checking times:

Check-in 12.30pm to 5.00PM.  Check-out before 10.30AM

 Check-in's after 5.00pm may incur a $15.00 fee.

Your Site:

Please ensure that your car, trailer, tent and other equipment are contained within your site.

Strictly only 1 tent or 1 caravan or 1 camper-trailer per site.

Ground matts must be breathable.

1 vehicle allowed  within park grounds. Parking for extra vehicles, boats, trailers etc. will be at manager's discretion.

Day visitors must check into office on arrival and pay a $15.00 visitor's fee, No entry for visitor's cars.

Pets must be tethered at all times and not allowed in hired cabins.

Noise curfew is 10.00pm.

Use of boat ramp and moorings are complimentary for guests only.

Fires:

Fires are allowed in designated fire drums and not on roads or access ways.

(FIRE DRUMS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGMENT)

NO fires on Total Fire Ban days.

Fires must be attended by a responsible adult at all times.)

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking:

Your deposit is non-refundable.
